All these locations are relatively easy to get too, and if you pick the right time not many people are around (Franz Joseph and Peters Pool might be the exception to this!). Most are a short walk from the road, or an easy 1/2 to one hour walk on marked tracks.
Westland, New Zealand, is an amazing photographic destination – from desolate beaches to swampy rainforest to beautiful lakes. The images on this site are my attempt to record some of that rough beauty.
